Clean2Go
The company’s vision: development and management of a central system in the cloud to control and control the entire cleaning and garbage collection system in the local authority. The purpose of the system is to save and optimize the activity for the contractors and the authorities, to improve the cleanliness and quality of the environment for the residents.

The need
The rate of growth of garbage in the world And the cost of picking up trash is the second biggest expense for a city after education.(15%). Garbage collection is handled by hand, so it needs to be automated. People and businesses also need to pay personal taxes and there needs to be a way to keep an eye on things. As a way to help with the climate crisis, there needs to be an incentive to reduce and separate waste at the source, as well as a foundation for a circular economy, trade, and recycling of materials.
Technological solution
Ecosystem for waste management and separation at source with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), waste collection can be smart and easy. Costs can be cut by more than 30% through predictions and recommendations, and the control system can be moved toward automation by watching and analyzing data in real time. Reduction at the source through feedback and billing residents and businesses with the ability to measure weight and volume in a unique way.
The company thinks that its range of activities will grow a lot in the next few years. Among its plans are:
- The target market in Israel - About 60% of the local government market, up to 5 years for market penetration, potential 100M$.
- US target market As a first step, there will be a POC move with one small or medium-sized authority in 2023. Given marketing efforts, it will be possible to sell to about 4-5 authorities in 2025 and 2026..
- SAAS business model in the cloud, fees for subscriptions and licenses bring in money.
